These classes are for all women from the beginning of
pregnancy through to birth and are suitable for beginners and for
women wishing to adapt their normal routines for pregnancy. You
will practice classical yoga and tune into the consciousness of
your growing baby.
Prenatal yoga course will take you through step by
step:
- The importance of conscious breathing
- Asana (poses) for strengthening the body and suppleness
- Benefits of visualisation
- The all-important pelvic floor
- Vocalization, an open throat for an open cervix
- All with pregnancy and labour in mind

Missed classes can be made up in our Restoratiuve Yoga classes and are not rtansferrable to the next 6 week block. In the event you birth your baby or do not want to continue refunds are not given but you can transfer your pass to use in Mums & Bubs or any of oour other calsses (must be used withiin 6 months)
