Yoga Nidra is a relaxing guided meditation that has been shown
to help manage stress, reduce anxiety, improve sleep, and
more.

Consider having a journal, pillow, eye pillow, or other items that
will aide you in being comfortable. You could even enjoy the
practice from the comfort of your own bed.
* Registration and prepayment are required at least 2 hours prior to the start of the class, so that you will be able to get the link and password to attend.
