This very gentle, grounding practice is available for everyone seeking selfcare and nourishment. No Yoga experience required.
Long held supported poses will help open the connective tissue in
your body while restoring
vital energy. You will experience breathwork, mudras, gentle guided
movement-all on the floor, seasonal Ayurveda practices and mantra.
Props will support your body underneath and others over you for
extra grounding and centering. You are always welcome to bring
aromatherapy oil or have oil in a diffuser. You will be invited to
be as comfortable and relaxed as possible during the session.
