One of the main ways Aerial yoga differs from traditional floor yoga is the act of “pulling” whereas in yoga there is a lot of “pushing”. In this conditioning class, learn the building blocks of training the grip strength, shoulders, and core to find strength and growth in your aerial practice! Class concludes with a low flow/restorative cool down sequence to let the body relax and absorb.
