Lower back pain is a common ailment, most of us experience it every now and then due to improper posture. The muscles of lower back help to stabilize and rotate the spinal column, the spine and it’s nerves are the medium by which the body and brain communicates.
In this classes we will explore the asanas to mindfully relieve the tension of back and hip-joints and to support the back with a better pelvic position, allowing the energies to flow freely upwards. We will move through a set of poses each week to help lengthen, re align, de rotate, and strengthen your back in a supportive environment.
Appropriate for Very Beginners or those with injury.

Magnesium helps maintain the balance of other nutrients and is also important to the functioning of various enzymes, as well as your heart, kidneys and muscles. Chromium aids in moving glucose from your bloodstream into your cells to be stored as energy. Since yoga encourages deep breathing, the deeper you breathe the salt vapours into your lungs, the more beneficial the healing effects. The calming effects of both salt therapy and yoga combined with the health benefits of both allow you to experience a holistic relaxation therapy.
