Take your yoga outside and enjoy community and movement in nature! Leanna will guide you through simple yoga sequences designed to get you grounded and present to your energy and surroundings. Practice mindful movement as we hike and explore our trails together. Yoga Hikes are social, accessible, and consist of approximately 30-45 of yoga and 30-45 minutes of hiking, depending on the location. Great for new yogis, outdoor enthusiasts, and for family fun!
Please wear comfortable shoes and clothes for moving. Bring your own water and any personal items you may need to stay comfortable (sunscreen, bug repellant, etc) You do not need to bring a mat!
