Open to all members. LIMITED SPACE Shoulder rolls are a floorwork staple and foundation to many floor moves. For this 1.5 hour speciality class we are only covering the basic forward and backward shoulder rolls. We will cover, in detail, hand placement, body alignment, and exercises to perfect the shoulder roll. If you currently have any injuries, particularly in the neck, shoulders, or back, please do not sign up.
Class will begin at 10:30am but you do not have to stay for the entire duration. Wear leggings and bring socks.
