<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">In this beginner arm balance workshop we will start with looking at the basic mechanics and building of strength needed for these poses. Each pose will be introduced with a short yoga flow to warm up and spending time breaking down chaturanga, twists and use of props. This workshop will focus on the following arm balance poses: crow, side crow, baby grasshopper, baby flying pigeon, and inversion prep work.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Props needed will be 2 blocks (if you have your own please bring; otherwise we have some at the studio). </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Gina will be providing hands on adjustments, using hand sanitizer between each participant and wearing a mask. If you would prefer NO adjustments, please let Gina or us know!</span></p>
