Some yoga experience suggested for this class (20 yoga classes or more).
In this class we will get moving right away, slow easy movements to start, then work our way into a fluid flow. We will flow in all directions (not just a bunch of sun salutations). We will hit a peak about 40 minutes into class and start to slow down. Stretching those nice warm muscles and digging in a little deeper to release tension and tightness in the “nooks and crannies”. When you land in final relaxation you will be able to drop into the moment and enjoy a mini yoga nidra that will help you let go of the last little bits of tension that are left. So yummy!!!
