<p><span style="font-family: verdana, geneva; font-size: 10pt;">In this class we will get moving right away, slow easy movements to start, then work our way into a fluid flow. We will flow in all directions (not just a bunch of sun salutations). We will hit a peak about 40 minutes into class and start to slow down. Stretching those nice warm muscles and digging in a little deeper to release tension and tightness in the "nooks and crannies". When you land in final relaxation you will be able to drop into the moment and enjoy a mini yoga nidra that will help you let go of the last little bits of tension that are left. So yummy!!!</span></p>
