<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Via Zoom:</span><span style="font-weight: 400;"><br /></span><span style="font-weight: 400;">Be SEEN and motivated by your favorite yoga instructors with personal attention to your alignment and practice from the comfort of your own home. You can connect with the other students before class and be motivated by them, too, just like in our studio!</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">PROPS: Set your mat up at home with any pillows, books, blankets, towels to roll up. Everyone is different and you learn as you go, so at least bring a towel or yoga block. You can expect a slower practice with longer holds and moderate pull/targeting of the joints, muscles, and facia. All levels welcome. Let your instructor know if you have any questions, injuries, etc. Energetically, you will leave feeling calmer, more centered, with a steadier mindset to tackle your day or wind down from it.</span></p>
