Restorative: A very gentle yoga practice with lots of props so
the nervous system is very relaxed.
Nidra: guided meditation while student lies down.
PROPS: Set your mat up at home with any pillows, books, blankets, towels to roll up. Everyone is different and you learn as you go, so at least bring a towel or yoga block. You can expect a slower practice with longer holds. The instructor will guide you to use props feel very little stretching/target areas.

attention to your alignment and practice from the comfort of your
own home. You can connect with the other students before class and
be motivated by them, too, just like in our studio!
Limited spacing so teacher can give plenty of tools for each student.
