Our HOT26 class is the 26 posture sequence as developed by
Bikram Choudhury, meant to systematically work every part of the
body, to give all the internal organs, veins, ligaments, muscles,
joints, everything they need to maintain optimum health and maximum
function. The synergistic nature of the sequence makes it so each
posture contributes the success of every other one and extends each
benefits. Students are encouraged to move slow and deliberately, to
focus on form and alignment as well the flow of energy and breath
in each posture.
