<p>Virtually learn and practice evidence-based scientific techniques of mediation and mindfulness with Hitesh Pushpraj. He learned several meditative and contemplative practices in his early childhood at Ramakrishna Mission Aashram, Ranchi, India. and has been practicing meditation and mindfulness for many years. He lives with his wife Jeet, and two young daughters in Owasso, Oklahoma. Hitesh holds a degree in MBA and MS in Information Systems.</p>
<p>This class will be 30-35 minutes beginning with explanation/discussion and lenght of stillness wil increase with practice. </p>
