This
5 week session will focus on yoga as a means to open the body as
well as the mind to positive thoughts. Aftereach weekly
class, a few minutes is devoted to discussing a positive
affirmation that each one will take away from the class and make
their focus for the week. The instructor offers a copy of the
class reading for all to take home and perhaps write their
affirmation on.
Students are encouraged to walk the gardens and let
their affirmation sink in before returning to their busy
lives
