<p>In this 3-week series we will explore different ways to rest and restore the body while calming the central nervous system. This series will include restorative yoga, yin yoga, light stretching, and breathing exercises. There will be 3 opportunities to meet live online plus participants will be provided with weekly home practices to encourage a regular restorative practice is in place throughout the week. This series couples nicely with our physioFIT program. This series is included in the yearly RTC membership.</p>
