In this fun and challenging workshop we will breakdown proper body engagement, movement and action needed to find your way upside down in your favorite arm balance. We will go over strength and flexibility drills necessary to take you off the ground in poses like crow, side crow, fallen angel, flying pigeon, eight angle and wherever the day takes us.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">It is good to have a solid chatturanga and crow to be able to work into these more advanced arm balances.</span></p>
