<p>Couch to 5K is an 8-week program designed at a beginning or intermediate running level who want to complete a 5K (3.1 miles) run within the program year and have not completed a 5K within the past year. </p>
<p>This first-class is an introductory class to learn about the program and to orient participants on how the program will be held virtually. </p>
