The focus of a Yoga for Stress class is a mix of mindful movement, yoga postures, breathwork and specific mindfulness meditation techniques to help activate relaxation and healing, and build strength and resilience.
Formal mindfulness practices provide the opportunity to learn how to move out of stressed states into calmer regulated states, and the possibility of cultivating kindness and acceptance to life’s experiences.
