In this workshop you will learn techniques to take with you and easily practice at home, to ease your nervous system and relax your body. Throughout the 2h workshop Rocio will educate and guide you through soothing breathing exercises to calm the mind and nervous system, rolling with release balls for a self massage, and a restful Yoga Nidra (yogic sleep) for a deep relaxation of the entire body.

Rocio is our Recovery Queen and will share techniques with you to ease and relax the body. In this workshop she combines traditional yogic breathing exercises, self massage and yoga poses to experience the ultimate urban retreat.
