Foam rolling is a self-myofascial release (SMR) technique. It can help relieve muscle tightness, soreness, and inflammation, and increase your joint range of motion. Foam rolling can be an effective tool to add to your warm-up or cooldown, before and after exercise.

Join Katie Hanigan Hughes as she leads us through an awesome (and yes somewhat painful) foam rolling class on Sunday 11/1 at 3:00 pm. This class is only be open to those of you in the bootcamp. You can do this class in studio or virtually, a class will be set up on Wellness Living.

You'll need to get yourself a foam roller, preferably a 36" roller. You can purchase them on Amazon or Target or anywhere you find fitness equipment. I purchased one on Amazon for $23.99.
