The basic principle of vinyasa involve linking the asanas of the breath in an evolutionary flow that empowers you to explore your full range of potential wherever you find yourself. All levels are welcome.</span></p>

Reservations<strong> MUST</strong> be made at leat 1 hours in advance - no drop ins. If you do need to cancel, you <strong>must</strong> do so a minimum of 4<strong> hours</strong> in advance or you will be charged.</span></p>
