Through resorative yoga and Loving-Kindness meditation you will be guided to connect to the quiet and stillness at the center of your being – that place of gentle knowing, deep peace and genuine happiness, where your true Self resides. As we progress through the evening, each supportive posture will meld with the meditative phrases of Loving-Kindness, softening your mind, body and heart, and opening you to deep levels of pure love. The practice calls attention to a softening of the heart, and an opening to our inner love with wisdom that includes and extends beyond ourselves to all living beings and the planet itself.
