<p>Through resorative yoga and Loving-Kindness meditation you will be guided to connect to the quiet and stillness at the center of your being – that place of gentle knowing, deep peace and genuine happiness, where your true Self resides. <span data-offset-key="9b3kc-0-0">As we progress through the evening, each supportive posture will meld with the meditative phrases of Loving-Kindness, softening your mind, body and heart, and opening you to deep levels of pure love. </span>The practice calls attention to a softening of the heart, and an opening to our inner love with wisdom that includes and extends beyond ourselves to all living beings and the planet itself.</p>
