<div><span style="font-size: 12px;">This 90-minute yoga session will include lots of twists to massage the digestive system, some hard work in our big muscles to burn calories, and a little extra Savasana to set a peaceful tone for the holiday season. All levels are welcome - the class will resemble a Basic Hatha class with a little Vinyasa flow added for seasoning.</span></div>
