Beginners Yoga Workshop Series
The ideal person for this workshop is anyone who wants to get
a more in-depth knowledge about each and every posture.
You will learn how to align your body, how to increase
strength & flexibility and just plain ole learn how to “try the
posture the "right" way” to avoid injury.
During these workshops, each pose will be broken down. Each
posture has key elements and when learned your entire practice and
body will change.
This sessions will include “hands-on” corrections and
adjustments. As well as other “tricks” to isolate certain body
parts and movements.

The room will be warm. You will practice the poses and work
with your alignment during each workshop. And there will be time
