With roots in Chinese medicine, philosophy, and martial arts, QiGong is traditionally viewed as a practice to cultivate and balance Qi, Chi or what has been translated as "life energy" - and can be done by absolutely everyone, whether you are a total beginner or experienced Yogini / Yogi.</p>
<p>This will be followed by a Yoga Nidra - a guided meditation to help transform the thought patterns to create change within.</p>
