<p><span style="font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;">This workshop is for anyone who has taken Part 1 and wants to go further! We will apply the concepts we learned in the first workshop to continue building pelvic floor awareness in movement and our everyday life. We will link pelvic floor movement to the breath, feel where extra pressure is going in our body and learn how to adjust so it is distributed more evenly. We will practice feeling when our pelvic floor is contracted and when it is releasing, and continue to notice the relationship between pelvic floor tone and hip, abdominal and low back tone. How can you pick up a bag of groceries with ease and awareness through your pelvic floor? We are going to practice! If you have any lingering questions from Part 1, we will answer them and have a brief discussion. Then the rest of the workshop will be putting the concepts into action.</span></p>
