No Reformer? No problem. There are many ways to practice the exercises of the Reformer class by working these exercises on the Mat. The Mat helps you (and challenges you!) focus on strength and control needed for the Reformer work, but without the resistance or assistance of the springs. Work on your technique, strength and flexibility and get ready to get back onto the Reformer.
