<div>In this workshop, we'll aim to release tissue, deep-stretch and then stabilize your hips and surrounding areas, for more freedom, mobility and stability. You'll relieve stress too, all while doing targeted mobility and flexibiitly training. </div>

<div>This will be a fully actionable workshop. Be prepared to move and stretch and we will have Q&A time available during and at the end as well. Information will be given as you are preparing the tissue and stretching (so it won't be a lecture or long presentation workshop). </div>

<div>A 15-minute guided homework video will be sent to you following your participation in the Workshop, for you to use on your own.</div>
