This class mimics the process into Bliss through the 8-limbs of yoga. Upon arrival and centering on the mat, we will align through grounding, asana, and breathwork to “peel back the layers,” working from the physical inward. After an even-paced and very mindful movement practice, we transition into “active rest,” and eventually into meditation. You will leave feeling balanced, restored, calm, and ready for the rest of the day!

HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION:
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
