<p>This 9 week series for youth ages 13-16 focuses on momentum-based movements, inversions, top bar/rope skills, rolls and begins spin training to decrease the sensation of vertigo in the body. Students should expect loads of personal milestones and a deeper understanding of engagement and body awareness in all planes of motion by the end of this session. </p>
<p>Prerequisite: Youth Series Lyra 201 Movements</p>
