Continue to explore more subtleties of the Koshas, or five layers of being, as you go deeper into the True Self and relate to Pure Consciousness through reflective questioning and meditative awareness. Build resilience as we leave the familiar and find new perspectives that allow for growth and change. This session will help us maintain focus and release habitual patterns with longer held postures, guided relaxation, and practices that support deep rest.
This online session includes yoga philosophy, guided yoga practice, breathing techniques, meditation, journal writing, group discussion time, and the delightful practice of Yoga Nidra.
