Break a sweat and burn some calories with a power yoga flow. And then allow the body to cool down and restore with some longer held poses intended to calm any stress that was created during your flow. Breathing techniques will be used to help guide your practice while strengthening both the body and mind and releasing tenstion and stress.
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
