Introduction to Yoga Beginner Series
WednesdaysOctober 6, 13, 20 and 27th from 7:15 to 8:30
This 4 week series will meet you at the very beginning
of your yoga practice. We will break down poses, cover yoga
etiquette, make modifications for you and your body and start you
on your yoga journey. Upon completion, you will have the skills and
confidence to continue your practice. Join Cyndi Allen, 200
E-RYT and Curvy yoga certified instructor, for this informational
yet informal introduction into yoga.
Entire series is $85.
