Welcome to Stafford House of Yoga! This class is an Introduction to the practice of Yoga. We will move slowly through some of the more common yoga poses, working specifically on proper alignment, breathing, and mindful movement. This free class is perfect for people brand new to yoga and for those wanting to deepen their practice by spending a little more time in each pose.
Please bring a yoga mat, water bottle and wear comforatble excersise clothes. We look forward to seeing you soon!
