When you’re brand new to yoga, it can feel intimidating and be difficult to know exactly where and how to get started.
Our free Beginners Yoga class was created specifically for you—to give you all the tips, guidelines, and recommendations you will need to start a successful yoga practice at Sol to Soul Yoga!
Yoga is typically performed in bare feet and clothes that can stretch and move freely with your body.
Yoga classes may use additional props, the most common being straps and blocks. We will provide those props the day you show up.
All you need to bring is a yoga mat and yourself! Feel free to also bring a friend!
