This Gentle to Moderate 60-minute class combines the best of yin, vinyasa and restorative yoga. We’ll start with 20 minutes of yin – long-held, passive poses that work deep beneath the superficial muscles, targeting joints and connective tissue. Then we’ll move into 20 minutes of vinyasa – a fluid sequence of poses focused on synchronizing breath and movement. Class ends with 20 minutes of restorative yoga where you’ll settle into gentle, supported restorative yoga poses to allow the body to fully release, reset and restore.
