<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">This is a part of our body that we use every single day, whether we’re typing on a keyboard or opening a door. When we’re on our yoga mat, our wrists support us through almost every transition and flow of our practice. This class will provide you with a tool-kit of exercises to both strengthen and stretch your wrists. In addition to these tools, you’ll learn valuable MFR techniques to aid in this release process. When there is discomfort in an area of our body, one thing we do is look upstream. In this case, that means in addition to focusing on the muscles of the hands and forearms that support the wrists, we’ll look at our triceps, biceps, and shoulders. Our goal is to bring this area of our body back to a healthy state of mobility for daily function. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 block</span></p>
