In this class we will explore a few areas of the body that tend to cause a gripping or tightening sensation in this area. Expect to build awareness of your lower back mobility through yoga strengthening exercises and myofascial release. After we roll, you will notice which of these areas holds the most tension. This will give you a piece of information you can take home with you and continue practicing to create more ease in your daily life. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">2 MFR Balls (or tennis balls)</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 block</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">1 blanket (or bath towel)</span></p>
