Let's get to yoga! Whether you are a novice or returning to
yoga after a hiatus, begin your yoga practice anew. Together we
will start with the basics; each yogi builds a practice from where
you are today. Beginning with basic flows, each week we will focus
on different types of poses (standing, balance, twists,
inversions). Join us and allow the breath to ground you, the
poses to bring you strength and your mind to relax to explore
new ideas. Get Back to Yoga with Purple Blossom Yoga. See you on
the mat! This is a regular weekly class. While attending all
sessions is recommended, it is not required.
