This is a 45 minute class that is perfect to fit in during your lunch break! Intended to boost your energy and help you power through the rest of your day! Learning breathing techneques and strength building yoga asanas that will help wake up the body and mind, ultimately finding a balanced focus and clearity between the two. The class will always leave room for a Savasana Meditation where you can have a quiet moment to youself to relax and let go. Overall, providing you the refreshment, mindfulness reset, and physical stimulation that you need to take on the rest of your day!
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
