Grab your leotard and tights and get ready to sweat! We'll combine Pilates and Barre into a fast paced, muscle shaking, and core burning class. Classes will rotate between reformer, tower, Bodhi, and MOTR. You want props? Oh, you'll use props! Class will also incorporate stretches to help improve flexibility. See you at the “Barre.”
Note: Leotard and tights are NOT required.
*This Class is a 2/3 Intermediate-Advanced level class. It is suggested that you have at least 10 reformer classes under your belt before taking this class and are comfortable balancing on the moving carriage in a standing or kneeling position.
