<p>Good quality sleep is extremely important for good health and it allows your body to function at it’s best. Sleep helps your body and mind to recharge and helps you feel alert and refreshed in the morning. This virtual, drop-in style class can (and should) be done in your PJ’s. All from the comfort and convenience of home.</p>
<p>If you ever struggle to get to sleep, stay asleep or if you wake feeling unrested, this class is for you. You’ll learn to: release tension from your body, calm your nervous system and relax your mind. At the end of class, you’ll be set up and ready for a great night of sleep.</p>
<p>In addition, you’ll learn these practices so you can use them on your own, when you can't sleep, or you can add them into your nightly wind down routine. Long day? Long year? This class will help you unwind and move into a state of deep relaxation. We will move you from the stress response to the rest and digest response to induce healing.</p>
<p>For this class, please bring: a bolster or 2 bed pillows, yoga belt or scarf, a rolled thin blanket or towel, and a chair. Optional yoga block and eye pillow.</p>
