Intro to Aerial is a great introduction to aerial arts and
starting your own aerial practice. In beginner classes you will
build upper body and core strength as well as leg and shoulder
flexibility. These classes focus on the fundamental moves and the
aerial vocabulary that is necessary to progress into wider aerial
skill sets.
Prerequisites: None! There are no prerequisites to taking a
beginner class with us. All you need is an open mind, a warm heart
and a sense of adventure.
