It’s nearly time to welcome Summer! As the days get longer, it’s a time of expansion as the Fire energy within ignites and we become more active and energised.
During times of seasonal transition, many people notice personal shifts in their environment and internal experience. It’s important to take time to ground and connect with the earth as we steady ourselves to journey through this time of change and open our hearts to Summer,
This 2 hour session of bliss is like a mini-retreat for your body, mind and spirit. You will connect your natural state of being, soften and rest a while here. You will leave feeling relaxed, calm and replenished.
Immerse yourself in:

- Nourishing Yin Yoga to relax and soothe your body

- Guided meditation to gently focus your mind

- Pranayama – simple breathing practices to calm your nervous system

- Soothing sound healing with Tibetan singing and healing bowls, native American flutes
and Shamanic drum
All are welcome, just as you are. No prior experience needed. Please bring:-
- Yoga mat and any props you have (e.g. bolster/cushion, towel or blanket)
