<p>Each week in this 5 class session we will incorporate a different style of yoga including Yin, Restorative, Meditation, Yoga Nidra, and Gentle yoga with essential oils introduced to enhance the experience. The benefits of the oils and using then during the practice will be discussed and students will be given an essential oil sample set to be used each week in class.
