Parkour is a training methodology that involves getting over, around, and through obstacles to enhance physical fitness and mental preparedness. It’s the perfect workout, and after trying it, you’ll never be able to go back to a “regular” gym, or even see the world the same way! Learn the fundamentals of Parkour in our Parkour Basics Program every weeknight at 6pm! If this is your first time trying Parkour, we require you take our Intro to Parkour class on weekends first! Ages 15 and up, white wristband required.
