<p>QiGong is an ancient Chinese system of sychonized movment, breathing and meditation designed to promote health and mindfulness. Each QiGong movment is intended to stimulate various organs and promote the optimal flow of Qi, or vital life force. In this class we will learn and practice the traditional Eight Pieces of Brocade, or Baduanjin qigong. We will also learn and practice a few forms of the Yang Style Tai Chi 108 Long Form. Tai Chi is a slow flowing rendering of traditional Chinese Martial Arts forms that in practice are very centering and great for balance and carraige (posture).</p>
