Meditation is the yogic technique for calming the mind and experiencing inner peace despite outer turmoil.
Pranayama is an essential prelude to Meditation.

This is a 4 class sequence where each class builds upon the previous one. Classes begin on Tuesday, January5, 2021 at 11am and continue for the following 3 Tuesdays( January 12, 19 and 21) at 11am. Classes are both In- studio and Virtual
It is for students with no or little experience or for those who want a consistent, gentle, guided class to support their home personal pranayama and meditation practice.
