Virtual Yoga for Teens - ALL

This class was created
specifically for teenagers, to teach them how to care for the body
and mind while building confidence and relieving that unwanted
stress that comes with being a teen. Each class will
consist of postures linked together with the breath as well as a
guided meditation. This class also caters to the young
hearts that are just beginning in their practice. A
great place where your teens can come to make new friends, build
confidence, and discover the deeper layers of themselves.

HOW TO CONNECT TO YOUR LIVE ZOOM SESSION:
1. To connect to the LIVE Zoom Class on your laptop or phone, you first need to make sure you have the app downloaded to your device.
2. Then log-in or create your Zoom account when it asks.
3. About 20 minutes before the class begins, the instuctor will send you the Zoom Meeting link via email/text that will allow you to connect you to the session. Once you click on the link, the Zoom session will pop-up and connect you to the class.
4. Please try to sign on at least 10 minutes before the class begins.
